        Made an appointment for 3-1-24 they told my appointment was at 5pm I got off work early no call no show so I called at 631pm and they assured me someone would reach out to about the missed work call and still absolutely nothing Jason fine is a lire

        If I could give this service a -5, I would. They totally did my elderly mother wrong. Her irrigation has been leaking for 4 months. They would come out and sit in front of her house, never getting out of the vehicle, drive by her house and say she was not home because they did not see her car in the driveway (she has a garage), not show up for appointments. Finally, they turned the water off at the street and said it was fixed. She can't use the irrigation system because they turned the water off because of the leak because it was leaking. How is that fixed? She has not been able to use the system for 4 months! Customer service has done nothing to help. They told the water company that it was fixed but the water was turned off at the street an nobody has been back to fix it since Masseys turned the water off 3 months ago. Shame on you Masseys for treating an elderly woman this way.
