        Great instore customer service! We over-engineered our trailer connection "need" and Michelle encouraged us to try the parts out right in the parking lot to ensure we had the right pieces before we drove off, an hour home. So apprecaite that she did because we got the wrong elements the first time so she helped us easily exchange and get the right parts and made sure we were ready to roll before driving off. Thanks Michelle!

        Had a valid Tractor Supply coupon for 20% off a certain brand. They ended up not taking it with no explanation. Didnt make any effort at all to try to research why it wouldnt work. I even asked them when I walked in and another employee said it should work.
