I would like to thank the staff for a great experience. Our application was processed quickly, the approval was fast and we were able to move in fairly quickly. Thank you Ms Paula for keeping in contact with us throughout this process. We are looking forward to being apart of the community.

I would give no stars AT ALL if I could! I came to visit my sister and her new baby and was maybe here 2-3 hours. I was getting ready to leave and my car was gone! They had it towed! How do residents pay over $1000 and cant even have visitors! The manager Sandy is HORRIBLE and showed no compassion!!! Where are we suppose to park?!?! She told me that after office hours, I could park in front of the office. Okay, so during office hours, where do we park? We cant park on the street cause there are towing signs everywhere. Are we suppose to park in the neighborhood across the street and walk?!?! I asked for the corporate number and she told me to look it up on Google. Where was her professionalism in that? My sister and i demanded the number and they gave me an incorrect number that does not work! I have already contacted KSAT 12 News and am looking to get more of this information out!

Ive lived in a lot of apartments and cable ranch apartments is by far the worst one horrible management who change everything but dont let their residents know whats going on. Were not allowed visitors to part in the complex or in the front of the office like they said we could cuz they will tow the car and I didnt sign my lease to be in a prison where I cant have visitors or by babys father cant even come in the gate to pick up his kid they want to threaten to evict me over pest control I did everything they asked me to do and still tried to evict me and tried to evict me for having a couple things on my patio so they say I cant have nothing on my own patio I never like to complain about things but cable ranch is a terrible place to live I feel like Im in a prison

This place is like a prison. We are not allowed to have visitors! No visitor passes and no designated parking for visitors. All non residents vehicles will be towed. Also it takes forever for maintenance to get things done. Ive made several work orders and Im still dealing with a leak in my fridge. Ive had 3 different staff members come look at it and all they do is adjust the temp
