Only getting 1 star cause I can't go lower! Upon placing an online order with this location, my expected delivery time was to be at 8:09pm. At 8:39, I called this location to find out why my order was 30 mins late...was informed by the manager that they were running behind due to a power outage that this location experienced earlier and was then told that their delivery driver was out making his rounds and that he would be back in 45 mins to pick up my order. So, I decided to go pick it up myself. Upon arriving, I found the doors were locked 2 hrs prior to their listed closing time and had to use the drive thru. Upon getting to the window...(with 10 mins to go before my order was to head out the door...) I was informed BY THE MANAGER that my order had not even been prepared yet! Full refund!!! I get that the power outage set you back....but lying to customers is totally inexcusable!!! Donatos HQ had already been contacted as oh this posting!!!
