INERGY Kelly's Bootcamp

Kelly's Wednesday Strength class is one that is a never miss for me. It is a full body workout that has changed my body composition. I love beginning the day outdoors with fresh air and good friends who cheer you on. It's not only made me stronger, but more confident.

KBC is the best in the area! Between cost and variety of classes, I feel like I get the best value for my $. I also love fact that I have the option to do a class remote when traveling. Her Strength class is my number one fav since I can always modify when recovering from an injury. Also the sense of community you get, no matter what class you take or how long it's been since you've been to class.

I absolutely love the Inergy team. While the studio is too far for me to attend in person, they offer zoom options for most of their classes. Even though I am at home, I feel challenged, motivated, and part of the larger community. The instructors take the time to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly and are using the appropriate weights to get results. Special shout-out to Erica who teaches amazing strength classes, and Jess for her wonderful barre and strength classes. Thank you! Thank you! But honestly all the instructors I have taken classes with are great thank you as well to Jodi, Kristen, Meg, Jenny, Kristin and Amy. You have a great team Kelly.
