Annandale Floors

Vance and the team completely brought new life to our floors! They did the whole second floor, which included 3 bedrooms and 4 closets. They were also able to match the floors to our stairs, which were done by the previous owners of the house. They were very professional and talked us through all of our options prior to getting started. We couldnt be happier with how it turned out!

Vance of Annandale Floors was the only person that would come to my home and fix the mess my EX contractor left behind. He arrived on time and prepped the area, refinished our railings, steps, bullnose and floored our landing. He even made a custom side bracket for my stairs which we absolutely love. The work was done and done well, in fact it was way better than I could have ever even expected it to turn out. I would highly recommend Annandale Floors to anyone.

We could not be more pleased with our refinished wood floors. Vance and his team did the work while we were out of town and we came home to a clean house with floors that look like new. Vance came for a follow up visit to ensure that we were happy with the results and to give us a cleaning kit and return the key. Would highly recommend Annandale Floors.

The finish barely lasted only one year. See attached close-up pictures of the floor that was installed and finished by Annandale Floors. Vance said that the finish is very durable and will last a long time, but it is not. We tried contacting Vance multiple times via text and voice mail, but he was not responsive. We recommend against using this contractor.

We had Annandale Floors refinish all of the hardwood floors on our main level and stairs (a big job). This was our first time using the company, and they did not disappoint! Our floors look amazing and I was blown away by the terrific cleaning job they did - no dust! Would definitely use again.
