        Flexible, on time, same day, polite, and quick. I thought appliance and furniture removal was going to be a pain but Mr Brooks made it pain free. Easy like a Sunday morning (he literally stopped by on a Sunday morning). It was such a good experience I need to find more stuff to get rid of! Lol...         Kyle answered my inquiry within hours and scheduled a quick pickup with me for the very next day. We offered to move all the furniture to the lawn in advance of his pickup, which He arrived for the pickup on time, his estimate was accurate, and all the junk was off my lawn
