Called G&S to come out and fix our garbage disposal. Turns out it was a very minor issue that was fixed in 30 seconds. Representative only charged half the usual minimum fee. Great. Months later we had a new issue with our sump pump so I called them back. They installed a new sump pump and a modest price with very little overhead. Got the project done in just over an hour. We hired Gidders to replace our old water heater and old sump pump. Patrick and Geoff arrived to do the replacements. They were on time, kind, attentive, professional, and did a great job explaining the ins and outs of the new equipment. We highly recommend this local company. First rate service and professionalism.

Don't use this company if you have an urgent need. I scheduled to have a plumber address an issue at my house. I was told they would arrive the next morning. No one showed up, when I called to figure out why I was told that they waited for 15 minutes and left even though I was by the door an no one showed up. Then they told me they wouldn't come back that day, the complete lack of effort to solve the problem and lying to my face will not have me using them in the future

We have had 2 terrible experiences with this company. Outrageously high prices and poor quality work. We would have never used this company again after our first experience but a GC we used for a project hired them without us knowing. Once again, the bill was FAR too high for the work that was done and we had an issue with the work. Steer clear.
