We have used Michael Nash for several major home remodeling projects. We are returning to them for a fourth project - an entry-way remodel. We return to Michael Nash because we have found that they provide a well-rounded team of specialists that will do the work specific to our project. Their designers provide an impressive range of expertise and creativity in designing projects that meet our needs - - they always provided a solution which was well beyond my original imagination. I feel they present honest competitive prices, provide high quality work, use name-brand products and top- quality materials. What I liked most across all our projects is the fact that they did an excellent job assessing the scope of work to be done as well as the amount of time, labor, and resources it would require, and provided this to us for our approval before the project starts. Everything is documented and agreed to in advance - there are no surprises or cost over-runs. Add-ons and project modifications are easily negotiated with minimal impact on cost and schedule. They have a strong focus on quality and hold it, along with customer satisfaction, as one of their top priorities. We just recently moved into our new dream house (April 14, 2021), we spent a couple of months and visited over 40 houses, all of the sudden we came across this house. At first glance the kitchen with contemporary style was stunning and that was the main drive to hunt this house! Everything is made with the highest quality with the high-end appliances. The seller was also kind enough to share their great experience with Michael Nash and recommended them for any upcoming projects and support as well. After moving in, I found a very minor issue with the hinges and contacted Michael Nash to see if that can be fixed. Immediately after contacting Michael Nash, with their amazing customer service and support team, the issue was addressed, and I am very happy and satisfied with my lovely kitchen and outstanding service to the new owner! As a longtime resident of Franklin Farm in Herndon I have used the services of the Michael Nash company for several remodeling projects. Over the past 13 years Michael Nash has completely remodeled the kitchen and all three bathrooms in my home. I always found the staff especially helpful in the planning process, providing advice on selections and helping to coordinate design choices. The supervisor and crew were experienced and courteous when in my home. Most importantly, I was always satisfied with the final results. I recently discovered a leaky pipe in my kitchen ceiling, which damaged part of the cabinets. Since the cabinets were installed by Michael Nash in 2012, I contacted them for advice on how to handle the problem. To my surprise Martin remembered me and the work done in my home. After explaining my problem with the leak, he offered to send a supervisor Fred to assess the damage and arrange for the necessary repairs. Fred contacted us immediately and came to the house to personally inspect the damage. At his direction, a technician came at the first available time and repaired the leak. It is a relief to know that matching material will be used to replace the damaged section. I am very appreciative of the prompt customer service provided to resolve this unexpected problem. The first project we did with Michael Nash is remodeling our kitchen. The project involved eliminating a large pantry and moving a wall between the kitchen and the living room. All the appliances, except for the dishwasher, had to be relocated. They provided us with a practical, efficient design and helped us with the choice of colors for the cabinets and tiles. Several years later we decided to have Michael Nash remodel the master bath. In both cases, the job was done with quality materials and workmanship and we liked the end result. We also like the fact that the price is fixed and all-inclusive, and that they will come back to fix any adjustments that need to be made. We just decided to have them redo our guest bathroom. This will be our third project with Michael Nash!
