I would highly recommend VA Garage Doors & Gates. The repairman set over was so gracious in helping me several times over the phone and then when he came out was able to immediately figure out what was wrong and fix it. The service charge was half the price of other companies' quotes.

The contractor arrive on time and went right to work first replacing the rollers and then testing, adjusting, and lubricating the door. He also gave a quick check to my single door, which I had not requested to be done. They did this as a courtesy and lubricated that door as well. The work was performed professionally and quickly. I could not be more pleased with the work done or the price.

I've been having an issue with my garage door’s cables tangled for a couple of weeks (clueless, obviously) so decided I should look into having that fixed because it was annoying and one side kept preventing the door from closing without leaving an annoying gap. So I called VA Garage Doors and within a couple of hours Franky came to investigate my issue (by the way, Franky was patient, kind and knowledgeable) and quickly determined and pointed out to me that my door spring was broken and that's what was causing the cables to become loose and tangled. Less than an hour it took him to set up the new spring, which are a few inches longer than the ones I had, which he indicated should have a longer life than the shorter ones being replaced (crossing my fingers on that one). Great job done quickly and efficiently. FYI, VA Garage Doors have same day service if you live in North VA.

I could not have asked for a better experience. The garage door repair was done when promised and on time. The opener installers were professional and very courteous. The final price was exactly what had been quoted.

Had an issue with our garage door and I called VA Garage Doors & Gates, they did an excellent garage door repair and at a fair price. Scheduling a time with them was ease. Technician came out and assessed the issue and went right to work to fix the issue. These guys were trustworthy and honest. I would use them again.
