Let me count the ways that I was unhappy with Swan Ballet: poor administration, gross bathroom, improperly trained teenage teachers for preschool classes, etc. Let me elaborate: 1) OK, so we signed up for a class, and then recieved repeated calls that the class did not exist. Finally, they found a class for my 3 y.o. daughter (there was only one, not the 3 advertised), and then some lady from the school called me about 3 times regarding the change; eventhough, I had initiiated the change. Annoying! 2) Went to the class which was taught by a teenage ballerina who had no idea how to teach 3 year-olds, and the class ended up with ME dancing while my daughter sobbed on the floor. Really? 3) Was told that we should try the class one more time, and they would refund our money. Tried one more class, and the different teenage ballerina started blasting High School Musical b/c she thought the toddlers would enjoy it (REALLY?). Again, my daughter sobbed while I had to dance. Ugh. 4) Tried to get my refund 3 separate times. Each time, they could not find my registration without 10-15 minutes of searching through a pile of random papers. They treated me as if I was out of line by asking for a refund; eventhough, I had been told multiple times that I could get one. I remained polite through the situation, despite them treating me very badly. DO NOT GO HERE! PARTICULARLY IF YOU HAVE A VERY YOUNG CHILD.
