I have used this company 3 times now and they are amazing. I have been a Realtor for 17 years and get very frustrated with working with contractors who underbid a job and then add hidden costs, take on way too many jobs and don't have time management skills so they run late on projects, and last but not least you can't get in touch with them (poor communication skills). This company is amazing at all 3 of these tasks. They estimate accurately, they plan their jobs accordingly and they are great at keeping on touch. I highly recommend them to all my clients and to anyone who wants a quality job for the right price, not to mention great design ideas!

My wife and I have been truly impressed with the professionalism embodied by this company. We have hired them exclusively on a recurring basis since March 2009. The owner, Mike, a Master Carpenter, treats the customer's home as if it were his own. He has overseen everything from renovating the kitchen and master bath to repairing our basement following a water leak to painting and maintaining the home's exterior in like new condition. His team exhibits pride in all their work; they arrive on time, always leave the work site in the same shape or better than they found it, and complete projects on schedule and at projected cost. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have found a company of this caliber to safeguard the investment in our home and we recommend Homewell General highly. Being faced with asbestos in your home can be difficult, but even more nowadays when you are not safe outside of it. So I am writing this review for anyone who just like me, is blindsided by finding asbestos in their home while just trying to update their floors. I had very little time to do my research and figure things out for the safety and health of my sons. Contractor selection: Everest Pro was sent my way through Home Advisor and from the moment I sent the inquiry, they were swift to respond along with other companies. What set them apart was the fact that even in these times of pandemic, their representative Calin came in person the same day to collect a sample, while tactfully explaining my option. Other companies requested that I send pictures before they even bothered to follow up or schedule an onsite visit. Pricing and communication: Everest Pro sent their estimate which was very competitive, according to the sources I consulted, and from the moment it was approved Everest Pro took the weight of the operation off of my hands. They were on time and ready on the day of the removal. I want to highlight here that I enjoyed the fact that I dealt with the same person all along, which really helped communication. Generally the initial meeting is by one person, then the operations are led by another, which can cause some miscommunication. I believe that being a smaller company in this aspect really serves them well. Operation: Friday - Completely isolated the basement from the rest of the house (see picture) and as they left at the end of the day, made sure signs were posted as their aspirators ran overnight. They coordinated the air quality inspection (Friday evening) with a third party, making the closing of the process totally seamless. Saturday- Returned to totally clean the floors, leaving me with no waste or debris to deal with. Again great communication and always on time. Sunday - New floors were installed on a perfect surface, which made that part of the process just as seamless for my contractor. Conclusion: No, this is not a company with big labels and stuff, but they know what they are talking about. I did a lot of research hoping not to have to go through this process. At the end of it all, I am so glad I chose this company. They stood by their word all along, no hidden cost and displayed great work ethics. I recommended Everest Pro on our neighborhood's Facebook group. This speaks to how much I trust they will not disappoint.

The Everest Pro team was very professional from beginning to end. The workers cleaned up after the job was completed and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this Company for your asbestos removal needs.
