Took only a visit here and was going to buy an item but lady cashier did NOT honor an additional military discount. I ended up going to Sterling BMW and the my military discount was honored and I am now registered in there system. Otherwise this is a very busy location for servicing your BMW.

It's difficult for me to show enough gratitude to Reese and his team for the incredible work that they do. Fairfax Service Center is a family run car shop specializing in MB, BMW, and MINI cars. Reese and Miriam are an excellent management team and it shows in their level of customer service, competency, and the quality of the team members that they have picked. I recently purchased a used M235i, for probably much cheaper than I should have considered buying a car like this for; while sometimes ownership is the most expensive part of a used BMW, Reese has made this experience entirely painless. At this point in time, he and his team have replaced the catalytic converter, diagnosed emissions issues and helped me to troubleshoot the tune that was on the vehicle at the time of purchase, and literally replaced the engine with a brand new N55 from the manufacturer (I was smart enough to buy a warranty; he and his team managed to negotiate getting a new N55 instead of purchasing a used one, still unsure of how they did this). Every part of this process was smooth, well communicated, and incredibly fair in pricing. Everyone at the shop is polite, professional, intelligent, and have a very high degree of expertise. The car runs incredibly, and the care and love that his team have put into helping me get it to working order is second to none. This shop can handle any job that you throw at them, and they are excessively experienced and talented. I am going to continue to bring my car here for the duration of its lifespan or until I move out of the area, and I could not have asked for a more amazing shop and team of people to help me take care of it.

They lie and say they can fix your car and then when they have it they will tell you that their is so many different things wrong with your car when it's not and still try to charge you for them knowing they are wrong never use this garage
