Great plumbing company!!!! I had a problem with a clogged drain pipe for the washing machine. He immediately knew the problem and had it fixed quickly for a reasonable cost! This is not the first time I have used them and it wont be the last!

They charged me $2,000 dollars for a new hot water heater. They did not give me a proper invoice detailing cost of the hot water heater, sales tax, labor, etc. The invoice just had a lump sum of $2,000. I do not recommend them to anyone because of their unethical practices.

I called Rudd Plumbing to have the temperature control and water pressure repaired in my shower and the tech caused a leak that was not there before. Water flooded my closet and bedroom. I also requested my sink to repaired and i was told it was repaired and It leaked inside the walls of my home. Im still waiting on repairs to be made to my carpet after 30 days of this repair. My carpet was ripped out and not replaced and now they are claiming that my carpet will be patched not replaced. Every time I call to get information I get the run around. Now theyre telling me the bedroom carpet was not damaged and its a total mess! Ive been patient and understanding and would like an answer and date on when this will be completed. I understand mistakes happen but please make the repairs a timely manner.
