Called first call and right away they explained what needed to be done, showed up at our residence and evaluated the issue very quickly! Great company, Great service! I would recommend them highly!

Had a great experience with FirstCall. They were quick to respond for a free on-site estimate, on a Saturday afternoon. Their tech Francisco was very courteous and patient in assessing my situation, explaining his recommendations and putting together an estimate. I had some questions regarding the estimate which I was able to get quick and sufficient answers about from their field manager Jordan. I ended up going with them and am very satisfied. The damage to my house was mitigated due to their quick response and thorough mitigation strategy. Highly recommend!

I have had my first experience with First Call Restoration and I would absolutely recommend them to my closest family and friends! I had a leak in my house and as soon as First Call Restoration was notified, they were at my house within the hour and immediately got to work. Francisco was the technician that came to my residence and was very professional, polite, and knew exactly what he was doing; that gave me the confidence that the problem was going to be taken care of. If anyone is considering a company to use for restoration, First Call Restoration is your best option.

Going through a fire is not fun, but Patrick & team made it bearable. First Call came through on their promises and we were able to rebuild our home. The First Call team are true professionals.
