Alamo Marble

Poor communication. Did not show up during the window that was given. They did not call to notify they were not showing up. When I called to ask for an update Irene got defensive and showed no interest in trying to resolve the issue.

I have been waiting 2 months for a cultured marble countertop. Nothing fancy. Single vanity, less than 40 inches.

The ladies up front are great I made an appointment ,went in selected the counter top I wanted, they provided me with samples, to chouce colors , came out and installed. After looking at countertops that were installed they had to redo 1 of the countertops it had a few imperfections . Called up Alamo marble they sent a refinisher back out identifed the problem . 2 weeks later they installed the counter top again. It was a great job , they were helpful, professional, and the follow up outstanding They provided me with a list of contractors they work with to pull mirrors, and that were the problems started, I would highly recommend using anyone but Glass Co. Glass Co did a very bad job , called them for over 3 weeks , sent an email, they never responded, then I finally get in touch with Mike , who made an appointment and never showed up . Mike identified himself as a Co owner. I called again daily for another week , of which all went unanswered. Guess after a month and half , will have to hire another glass company to fix Glass Co poor job . I think Alamo Marble , should re re-evaluate what contractors they work with . Someone with follow thru, that is reputable
