A very well run community. Professional & friendly staff. These people are quick to respond to any concerns. If you are new to the area, they are very helpful in recommending businesses close by. I’ve talked to people who have lived here before & all positive reviews as well. Sonterra staff go the extra mile to assure their residents are content here. Truly the best rental community I have ever lived in.

Staff members are friendly and courteous. Access gates are conveniently located. Grounds are maintained well. Sidewalk accessibility for mobility challenged people is there, but it can be blocked if a vehicle is parked in the space. My girlfriend and I had a 12 month lease that was nothing less than excellent. The maintenance crew were very kind and quick to respond. I was accommodated accordingly! Management was great with communication and community events! We wish we could have stayed longer but we were moving out of city. Thank you Sonterra for making us feel at home !

Great location for some peace and quiet. Next door neighbors are friendly, staff is helpful, Lyanna was great and helped make our transition so much smoother. So many great restaurants nearby as well, so the only problem is deciding where to pick up for dinner.
