I wanted to take a moment to ensure that the public knows the Bayway Cadillac Southwest is a first class organization from the top to the bottom. I had the privilege of communicating with the owners, Dimitrios-General Manager, Kirk-General Sales Manager, Dee Brooks Mr. Bow Tie -Salesperson and Mike Gibson- the Ultimate Finance person and I wanted to make sure that everyone knows that these people will do whatever is necessary to make sure that your car buying experience is first class. They only ask that your request are reasonable. Over the last 4 to 5 months, I have bought two 2023 Cadillac Escalades and they made the process of ordering and receiving seamless. They communicated with me at my request and kept me informed throughout the order process. I must add that this wasnt a completely Cinderella slipper like process, but I feel that the way a place should be judged is on how well they take care of issues if they should arise. They did arise and this place was absolutely great!
