        I ordered a floral arrangement for a loved one's funeral, which I thought would be a bit complicated to buy online since you can't see the product in person. To my surprise, the arrangement exceeded my expectations. I think it looked better than in the online photos. Not only that, they provided me with very efficient service. They immediately contacted me and left me a voice message since I had omitted some information during the online order. When I called them back they had already resolved the problem which was very helpful during these difficult times. Thank you very much North Star Florist team for your outstanding job, excellent service, quality product, punctual delivery and reasonable price.

        Embarrassed...not at all what I expected. Paid almost $100.00 for a small bouquet of flowers which I could of got at Walmart or Kroger for $10. I paid extra for deluxe.

        We live in Florida ordered flowers for Valentines Day for our daughter in Texas. We were very satisfied with the promptness , Price, Pleasantness of the staff and the beauty of the flowers. Shes always got flowers from her dad for Valentines Day so thank you Northstar for allowing that to continue even though shes miles away.

      I am sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with this arrangement we would be happy to pick it up and replace it for you ... I do see it is the cotton candy deluxe bouquet which runs $60.00 on our website I am not sure if you ordered directly from us or an online order gathering company ( like from you flowers, just flowers, avas flowers, 800 flowers ext... ) they tend to charge lots of fees then move the order to a local florist but keep allot of the money in there fees and not in the flowers you paid for so that might be the case here ... If you would like to give me a call we can look in to the order and the amount that was paid for it ... I can replace it with a larger arrangement in less expensive flowers to make it a much nicer size instead of mostly roses and spray roses .. please let me know how you would like to proceed on getting you the right flower arrangement for your valentine
