Dentistry in Frisco, Catherine Koo, D.D.S.

This place is closed!!!! I went there 2 years ago and never went back. Two years later, they call and leave a message that the office will close by end of this month (Aug. 2022) and that I owe them 60 bucks from two years ago!!!! Are u kidding me? No letter. Nothing. For two years. Only to call and leave a message and now, I can't reach them. I've been trying to reach them for weeks now. Seriously!

Called to book a 6 month appointment.  Lady on the phone was rude and said no appointments without paying first and needed to verify my insurance (it hadn't changed...). Never even called me back.  Found another dentist in 5 minutes with better reviews and a more convenient location. Don't waste your time with doctor offices that treat people rudely and unprofessionally like this one. I think you all need a reminder that you serve the patients not the other way around.  0/5 stars

Always competent in their work and prompt with your appointment. They attempt to do a good job and save you money when possible.

I felt rushed the entire time. It takes longer for me to get a oil change, then a teeth cleaning with Dr. Koo. I hated leaving feeling that I was a bother to them for even coming in. Ive been to other dentistry offices where as the Dentist actually takes time to get to know their new patient and has conversations along the way, not here. Dr. Koo and her assistant where more so interested in wanting to sell me teeth guard for when I sleep for $149, which can be found on Amazon for less than $10 with over 12,000 5 star reviews. If a 15 min. teeth cleaning is what youre looking for then this is the place for you! Veterans look else where.
