The whole ambiance just makes me feel comfortable working out. I'm not afraid that someone is going to judge me and there's plenty of guidance if I need it. I actually look forward to my next gym day.

I was a member for a while until hardship forced me to cancel. They really live up to their claim of being a judgement free zone. Machines are generally kept very clean and the staff are as on top of things as they can get, though whoever is at the desk is usually very busy. Not expensive. Worth it.

I have really enjoyed working out with Jake and being a part of True Change Fitness! Jake challenges me and holds me accountable, but also encourages me and makes sure I am getting the most out of my workouts. I would definitely recommend Jake to everyone!
