Amazing Exteriors

They did very poor quality installation. The French doors were uneven, dont close tight, screw caps missing and the frame is cracked. The trim was not painted and the caulking job looks like a 2 year old did it. Worst company and they made promises to fix the problems but of course no one answers or comes back to finish the work or respond. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ill update once I get my doors. Reached out to this company in May of 2021 to get two doors replaced. I finalized the style I wanted and the salesman came out late to collect the down payment. He showed great urgency to collect our money. He noted the lead time was 3 months. After 2.5 months of not hearing anything I reached back out to get the eta. 2 weeks of calling every day and leaving multiple messages I got noticed my doors were never ordered. I was informed they would come remeasure my doors and expedite my order. That was in October. They also said they would keep me updated on the status of my order. Its now the end of the year and 7 months from the original order and still no doors. I have not got a single update outside of me calling them to check on the status. They were so quick to take my down payment but seem to not care once they get your money.
