I looked at a few other brokers including one I had used in the past. I went with JD Cobb, Prodigy since he came highly recommended through my real estate agent Bill Stegeman. I was purchasing a high end short sale which there is nothing short or easy about it. The demands and hoops were high. We had denials, we had to resubmit documents and many challenges which are typical to this type of transaction. JD and his team were there and on top of it every step of the way. Without their relentless persistence I would have lost this house. It was approved and had another mad scramble to close in under 2 weeks, the banks terms. We did it. Let me save you some time, you are in the best of hands with JD. His first interest is your best interest. Very grateful for the team I had around me to get this done... the best.
