I've seen Dr. Rugeley and his team for probably 25 + years. they have always had my full confidence that I will be well taken care of - from the front office staff on back. Dr. Rugeley is just the best!

I have been going to see Dr. Rugeley for my dental care for many years now. His office staff is wonderful and he is professional, personable, and always is interested in how I am doing. I highly recommend his practice. I moved to Houston but I still drive back to Austin for my check ups because I just can't imagine going to anyone else!

I was referred by my boss so I filled out the paperwork in advance and got seen for the initial new patient stuff then a month later for my cleaning. I have insurance so I paid like 3 dollars each time . Well two months later I get a huge bill saying I’m not covered by them. Not once did I get a heads up from their staff that there was an issue with my insurance because apparently I have an HMO and they aren’t my primary. This is very wrong and someone clearly didn’t do their job now I’m expected to pay for it when I would’ve never been seen by them if I wasn’t covered. I’m very angry 😡 when I called they said well did you show your insurance the day of? I said no so then they came back and said well we expect our patients to now what their insurance covers (this is my first time using this insurance). Not cool.
