My partner and I have purchased 2 homes and sold one of those homes with Sara. We wouldnt trust anyone else to help us navigate through such a complicated process. Sara is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and SO resourceful. Shes a problem solver and creative thinker. Ive had the pleasure of working with Sara on several different occasions both buying and selling properties in Portland/Beaverton. She is hyper-organized, knowledgeable of the market and all of the processes, and very responsive. I can't say enough good things about our real estate broker, Sara Gray, from John L. Scott Realty. My wife and I decided to follow our two older daughters to the Pacific Northwest (although we've wanted to live here for many years), but the real estate market being as crazy as it's been, we knew we'd have to do everything remotely. That meant finding a Realtor that we could trust implicitly to find a home that fit our wants, needs, and budget. One of our daughters referred us Sara, since she had helped her and our son-in-law find their perfect Portland home, and we're so glad we took that recommendation.Using Facetime, Sara took us on virtual tours of a number of homes that we liked, but only one that pushed all of our buttons: a bungalow in a super-quiet neighborhood that's also within walking distance of a large number of eateries and watering holes. Our only concern was crafting an offer that would stand out in this hyper-competitive market. Sara structured a fair deal that won the day for us. We didn't get a chance to see the house in person until after the seller accepted our offer, but it turned out to be everything we'd hoped it would be--and more. Sara also helped us find a great lender before the sale, and she referred us to solid service providers after the sale that we might need as we put down new roots in Portland. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience. She gets our unqualified recommendation.
