We have purchased two homes and done two refinances with him. He makes the process very simple for us. It is incredible how fast he works while still finding any possible options or angles that might benefit us.
On our most recent purchase we had not been planning to move but found "our dream house". It was in a very competitive market so we needed to act fast. We called Dan in the afternoon and he had our pre-approval letter for us first thing the next morning! Being able to make a quick offer ended up being the key to us getting the house as the sellers were already in contract on their next home.
If it wasn't for Dan we wouldn't be in our dream home!
