WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! We purchased a 2019 Jeanneau NC895 through Sundance Yachts. While weve had a number of smaller boats, this was our first fully contained cruiser and the first time we would have a boat on the Columbia River. Our salesman, Ken, was awesome! First, he found the best boat for us; one that we could trailer to other locations and spend a weekend or longer camping in the Puget Sound. He spent hours with us, after the sale, helping us become familiar with the boat. He walked through all the systems several times to ensure we knew how to operate them. He gave us on the water instruction for docking and anchoring. He even went shopping with us to help us outfit the boat! The most important of all, however, is that Ken always answers his phone. Every time Ive had a question and reached out, hes either answered right away or called me back within a few minutes. If he doesnt know the answer to my question, he immediately contacts one of the other great staff at Sundance and gets right back. Thank you, Ken and the rest of the Sundance staff, for a great boat-buying experience!

Had the best experience purchasing Jeanneau NC 895 from Sundance. Ken was keeping us updated every step of the way - honest, very transparent, and helpful. He personally delivered the boat (2 hours away), and gave me and my wife (new boater) a whole-day training session. Backing into marina slip was intimidating, but I was able to do it by the end of the day. I would highly recommend Sundance, especially for the first time boaters like us.

We purchased a new Cutwater from Sundance yachts recently and the boat had a couple of concerning factory issues. At first I was pretty disappointed as you can imagine. Sundance stepped up and really took care of us. Drew took a 5 hour drive and picked the boat up for repairs. Brianna in service kept us informed of the repair progress. Joe the technician seems very knowledgeable and got the repairs completed. On top of all that Drew is delivering the boat back with another 5 hour drive! Top notch service for sure!

We had our boat here this summer of 2021. Although, we have left the boating community for now, this is a first class place. Top to bottom, the employees at Sundance were there to help their customers. I just cannot say enough good things about everyone we interacted with. If I ever end up buying a boat again in the Portland area, I just would not do it without Sundance as my marina.
