I recently had the misfortune of being the victim of a hit & run accident in which my vehicle was a total loss. The uninsured motorist claim took over two months to settle. The Oregon DMV is backlogged and incredibly slow in these current times. There were also challenges with my insurance adjuster as well. The whole experience overall was very unpleasant. Dave is the reason that I am loyal to American Family Insurance. In challenging times it is good to know that someone has your back. Dave is a diamond in a coal mine. Thank you for all that you do. I've worked with other agents from various walks of my life. Dave is absolutely the best! He takes the time to listen to what your needs are, provides options and explains them with guidance and then lets you decide what meets your needs. He doesn't push products or services but instead provides options for solutions. I can't recommend Dave enough.
