Very happy with my agent and his staff. They have gone out of their way to make sure that all of my needs have been met and are extremely fast at responding to any requests or quetions that i have had. I might add that Janelle is great!!!!

I had the worst customer service with them. They have used another person's card and then gave me a bill of $900 (when originally when they called me, they said they were going to save me money if I switched). When I asked about the amount (because I also had made a payment during the period when they were charging other card of $575, so all together in 3 months, in their opinion my insurance coverage was $1500! And they cannot explain why! I am seriously considering going to small claims at this point. If you want a good customer service, DON'T go with them! They will rip you off without telling you why they are charging those amounts! They won't respond to your questions and you will end up paying more! My previous insurance charged me $3000 for 1 year (and this company claiming to be cheaper has charged me $1500 in 3 months!) Response: What you have sent me Bruno doesn't make sense. You promised to give me full accounting of what was owned and that wasn't provided on top of that you have made changes to my policy without asking me for it so what you reply is stating here is not true, because in fact you didn't sent me the bill statement that would show me why I was charged $1500 in a period of three months!

We have been with Bruno Becerra for almost two years now and we are super grateful to have him as an agent. It started with life insurance for me, and eventually we added car insurance for our two vehicles. His office then covered our renters insurance, and we've now added HOMEOWNERS insurance into the mix!! We'd been with our previous insurance company for close to a decade, and switching over actually CUT our monthly payments in half... Seriously, my husband could not believe it. We thought there'd been an error, but nope! They really work hard for us, and they are always available when we need them with questions or concerns. Do yourselves a HUGE favor and check 'em out!! Thank you Bruno, and of course to the supporting cast, the friendly folks in the office.
