I had some siding replaced/repaired along with a few other things on the outside of my house. Vitaly was great! His prices are definitely fair and he always made sure to communicate with me. Not only did he fix the siding, but he painted it as well. It turned out great! He finished the same day. I definitely recommend Excellent Maintenance. I will for sure contact him for future stuff!

Vitaly can do it all! We worked with Vitalty on getting our house ready to sell and he did a phenomenal job with making it move-in ready. From painting and deck staining, to roof work, Vitaly's skill set is incredibly versatile and all the work he does is high quality. Although we had to coordinate all his efforts from a different state, Vitaly did a great job keeping us up to date and communicating. We are very happy with the end result!

Vitaly just re-roofed my garage last week—March 2021. He replaced several plywood boards and used better shingles than were on the garage previously. It looks beautiful—and for a very reasonable price! Vitaly has cleaned my gutters and roof for several years now. I always call him because he is able to take care of the job in a timely fashion, he is knowledgable and does excellent work, and he doesn't use harsh methods of cleaning my roof. Plus his prices are reasonable. After a windstorm one year, when tree branches fell onto and into the gutter on my garage, he was able to replace a section of the gutter instead of the entire thing. The very first time I had him look at my gutters, he reattached one end of a gutter that kept coming away from the fascia board by using a screw instead of a nail. It has held ever since then. (Previously it had been repaired a couple of times and kept pulling away.) I would definitely recommend Vitaly and the excellent work he does. Service: Roof repair
