I brought my car in for a tire that I purchased from them that needed checked for a leak - long story short I left with a wrecked car from a customer that backed into my car parked in an unmarked part of the lot due to my reverse not working but had a clear path into the garage area. The mechanic was unaware I was waiting in the showroom and called me a derogatory name from the place I work is the reason I left without being serviced. If you wanted my name just ask.

I came outside to a tire on the right front side of my 2005 Ford Taurus that had been completely depleted of air one night and then I called AAA the following day. They replaced the flat tire with the spare one that usually remains in the trunk of the Taurus. In order to find a replacement tire, I first tried a place called Katz Tires located on the Southwestern corner of S. Washington Ave and E. Main St. The salesperson there quoted me a price of $1500 for one tire, which sounded unrealistically expensive to me. The second place I went to was a place called Cooper Tires (aka Tire City, Inc.) located on the northbound side of S. High St. just before SR 104, and they claimed that they did not have any tires in stock that would fit onto Taurus. Then, finally, I travelled approximately 1.5 miles south from there and found a place called USA Tires, which is located on 3300 S. High St (I recently discovered that this business is also known as "Best Tires"). I went inside and told the salesperson there what I needed and he came outside and took a look. As it turned out, I not only needed the front right tire replaced, but also the front left one as well. He showed me just how worn out the thread had been getting and gave me a quote of $225 to replace both tires. I immediately thought to myself, "Third time's the charm" and went on ahead and had the work done. They had the tires that the Taurus needed, their prices seemed reasonable, and they couldn't have taken any more than a half hour to complete the work. Thank goodness for USA Tires. If not for them, then there is no telling how many more headaches I would have endured trying to find a tire store that sold what I needed at a realistic, reasonable, and fair price.
