I signed a contract with this company and their movers were supposed to come between 8-12. I get a call at 8:15 cancelling the move. I got an excuse about how someone got injured and they had no other workers. Luckily, Leader's Moving and Storage was able to come to my literal rescue. I understand stuff happens but as a business, they should have more enough workers to cover incidences like this.

The Integrity team was prompt, pleasant and highly efficient. The estimate was 4 hours of labor, they accomplished the move in 2.5 hours. They treated our possessions with care. They went above and beyond attaching our washer and dryer in the new home. They helped us assemble new furniture out of the box. I couldn't be happier and we will certainly use Integrity next time!

I do not typically use my free time to write negative reviews that can potentially damage someones livelihood, but I will write this one in the hopes that the owner of this business sees it and takes the time to reach out. My sister and I used integrity movers 2 weeks ago. She had used them for her previous move and had a wonderful experience. Prior to our Saturday move, Lindsay reached out to say they were short staffed, but werent canceling and needed to change our moving window by several hours. Whatever, these things happen. They arrived at the latest end of the quoted new window, but honestly It worked out okay bc it was pretty gross weather that morning and we were happy to wait out the rain. The crew was great. They asked if one of their employees could keep the washer/dryer instead of putting it out on the curb. Of course! Happy to see it go to a good home. They also asked if they could get it (along with several items left in the garage) when they returned Monday to move the hot tub. On Monday, the moving window was 8-9am and we were to receive a call when they were on the way. Lindsay called at 8:15 to say they were not coming due to rain. Apparently a hot tub cannot be moved in the rain (literally the hot tub sits on a cement pad, 6 ft from the gate that leads directly to the driveway, no grass, no mud) Seriously? Its Ohio weather in the spring. We were never informed that this was a potential concern. Lindsay admitted this to us, apologized, and said she could reschedule for the following Saturday! At one point she actually said if they come in the rain, theyll be too dirty to go to the next client! She said she could call the new owners and this happens all the time. We are working with a company. True, they are happy to let us keep the hot tub on site as long as we pay $200/day to maintain possession of the home. Keys turned in by that afternoon, or $200. Lindsay seemed incapable of grasping this concept. I found Spa Doctors after a quick google search. They said theyd be there in an hour. Rain not a problem for them, but also it stopped raining at 8:30. Incredibly inconvenient and unprofessional, but we figured it out. However, the remaining items, including the washer and dryer in the basement, were still there. Again, the ONLY reason they were there was because we were kindly giving them to an employee. Lindsay states no one is available before our move deadline to get these items. Why Lindsay? Did we not have a scheduled appointment that morning with you? She called at 8:15 to cancel. Our arrival window was 8-9! Obviously, you booked someone else, knew you were going to cancel with us and waited until 15 min after you were supposed to arrive to tell us, thinking you could finagle some agreement with the new owners and wed be fine. She had already admitted to being short staffed. I dont like being lied to and its shady when your actual name is Integrity movers. To wrap it up, we paid someone $200 to move the washer, dryer and remaining items. After endless apologies from team Integrity, we simply asked that we be credited $200 since those items wouldve been moved Saturday, but we allowed them to be moved Monday as a favor to THEIR employee since they were coming Monday. NOPE, that credit was not possible. There was nothing she could do because they had offered to come late that evening ( not for the hot tub, just the remaining items) At this point, weve turned in keys, it was too late and wouldve cost an additional $200. And WHY would I trust that they would follow through after all the rescheduling and cancellations? OWNER of this business, please hear me when I am asking for an honest answer as to why you would not credit a repeat client $200 to make this right when the blame solely lies with your company. Moving is stressful, expensive and you did a good job initially. I will tell every real estate client my sister has, every friend, neighbor, coworker, family member and person buying moving boxes in line at the store not to use your company. Zero integrity in how you handled this.

I could not have been more disappointed with Integrity (they use this term usely) Moving. My move was scheduled on Saturday and another move scheduled on the following Monday for the hot tub from 8-9am before I was to hand over the keys later that morning. Lyndsey called on Thursday to say that due to staffing issues they needed to change my time on Saturday from 8-10 am to 9-11 am and the crew showed up a little after 11am. I asked the movers to just take the washer and dryer to the curb instead of moving them since I had ordered a new set. They asked if one of them could have them since they worked and I said that was no problem at all. At the end of Saturday they asked if they could leave the lawn mower and other tools as well as the washer and dryer for Monday when they returned for the hot tub and I said that was fine. On Monday morning at 8:15 I received a call from Lyndsey saying that they were canceling because of weather and could reschedule a week later. At this point it was sprinkling and the rain stopped completely at 8:30 until about 1pm that afternoon (my appointment was 8-9). I informed her this was not ok because I needed to hand over my keys in a few hours. She said, well we don't move hot tubs in the rain, something she admitted that I was certainly never told was something that could happen. I said that by the time you get here now the rain will have stopped and my window is 8-9 am and you also left items in the garage and the washer and dryer in the basement. She said she had forgotten about that and already sent my crew to a different job. Clearly the decision to scrap my job and go somewhere else was made long before she called me so I was incredibly upset I was notified 15 minutes after my arrival time. After several calls back and forth, Lyndsay said she might be able to get someone out for the remaining items late that evening but definitely not the hot tub, none of which was acceptable because I had to turn over the keys late morning. She kept saying that this happens all the time and we reschedule and it's fine. Well, had I known this happened all the time with Integrity Moving I never would have used them. It seemed to me that they either double booked or were short staffed and they decided to cancel my job and lie about reason. I immediately scrambled to try and find someone else and another wonderful company, Spa Doctors was able to come move the hot tub and they said the rain, if there had been any, was not an issue. I also had to pay to have someone move the washer and dryer. When I talked to Lyndsay later that day and explained to her that is was not raining for 45 minutes of my appointment time, other companies had no issue with it, and I had to pay someone else to move something that I already paid them for and wanted to be credited for that, she said that is not something they would do. I found it odd that she completely agreed with me that this was their fault and I was right but they were unwilling to make it right. I asked to speak to the owner several times because I just could not believe what I was hearing. Apparently the owner is always unavailable so I was never given that opportunity. I would stay far away from Integrity Moving if you're looking to have your move go as planned and want to be able to rely on someone to show up and do what they say they will do, or at the very least, make it right if they screw it up.
