I talked with Austin today at Jameson Medical about Stairlift installation for a friend. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. His willingness to help shows me that Jameson Medical is committed to their customers. That type of commitment is what separates the mediocre companies from the excellent companies. Based on my conversation with Austin, I would put Jameson Medical in the excellent category!

Jameson is top notch! Austin was great with the sale by explaining all the product details and which one would be fit our needs. The Nautilus stairlift is very high quality. Steve did an outstanding job of scheduling the installation which I recommend using Jameson professional installer to get job done right. I'm a disabled marine vet and needed a stair lift bad due to my injuries.  Richmond Stair Lifts assisted me along with the VA.  Their knowledge and understanding of my needs was a game changer for me.  They were professional and the VA covered it all.  I highly recommend them.  They were very respectful and accommodating.  Thanks so very much.  You have no idea how much it meant to me to have you assist me the way you did.  Howrah!
