David, it is unfortunate that you have these things to say about our services, and our quality of work. Yes, we had a 2 week delay. We spoke to you about that and we agreed to give you a free month of services, on top of fixing all of the issues your old SEO/marketing company made with your blogs (the one you wrote another bad review about and specifically called our this issue), and even went back and fixed your website (at no charge) 2 times after you went in and uninstalled plugins and changed the theme after the website was delivered.I reached out multiple times and offered to fix (for free) the issues that were made after you removed and installed new SEO plugins that completely changed your SEO titles + meta descriptions. These were issues you actually blamed us for, said that my team and I, "do not know what we are doing", and threatened to leave a negative review if we did not fix them immediately, for free. So I am confused as to why you feel it is acceptable to call us "junior web developers" in a way to try and make it seem like we are inexperienced and did not deliver results for you, when in fact the issues you experienced were after we delivered the website to you and you were the one that caused the issues?As for the migrating the host, I explained in the beginning that we had an extra WordPress site available for you to use, so you did not have to buy one and pay for it. I was happy to do that. The reason I asked you to move this back to your own hosting is because you threatened our company with negative reviews and press if we did not fix the issues you caused by removing and installing new SEO plug-ins, without actually configuring the correct SEO settings. Again, something I offered to fix for you, for free, but you told me that you "did not trust us". I would have been happy to continue hosting that for you if you did not make those threats. I know that my team and I went above and beyond to try to help you in every way we could. I honestly think the only thing that was a disappointment here is that I cannot attach the screenshots of the emails where we offered several times to help you fix the errors that you caused (free of charge), and you want to publicly blame my team and I for that. Wishing you nothing but the best in the future, and to whatever digital media company you work with after us.
