Maintenance Specialists

We routinely use MSI to handle maintenance work for our office. We've also used them to do renovations. They've always been onetime and reliable. Prices are fair and reasonable and they've always stood by their work. I would highly recommend them.

Saw in the reviews that many people hired them to do home repairs, but when I called I was told that they only do commercial repairs. Didn't see this nowhere on their web page.

Would very highly recommend this company for any of your repair needs. I had a tree to fall on my fence. I called and a nice young man named Asa came out and gave me a very fair estimate. Thank you Asa for taking the time to explain and answer all my questions.

I have worked with MSI for over three years and they have always been responsive which is a big deal to me. I love that they are also driven and always willing to work. No matter the season, they make sure to cover all the possible issues my team encounters and they take on the challenge to grow and succeed!!
