        Had a terrible experience with management. They claimed to have no knowledge of the whereabouts of my girlfriend’s security deposit (which was 2 months worth of rent paid when moving in)! On top of that, they demanded we pay a $500 “move out fee”. I consider this unethical and terrible customer service.

        I lived at park at Drexel 2018-2019. The building is poorly insulated. I could hear my Upstairs neighbor walking around all the time. I slept with two loud fans and could still hear her footsteps so loud it would wake me up. If she had music on I could literally hear the words to the song. I give it two stars because the furnishings are very nice and since it is newer the unit itself was clean. The gym was nice, but rarely cleaned. If your are looking for a super quiet apartment this is not it.
