        Ive lived at the Water Street property for 6 years. I stay because its cheap, and its cheap because Buckingham is the worst property management company, second only to slumlords. The elevators have been broken for ONE YEAR and the building is poorly maintained and completely insecure. They will also do whatever they can to scam money out of you and dont keep records of anything.
