Alan and his team went above and beyond to guide my friend , who was inexperienced in real estate, through the home sale, from prep to signed offer. I would absolutely use his team for my own sale.

Alan and his team are wonderful to work with. I've bought and sold two properties with them, as well as purchasing my third home. They are extremely competent and knowledgeable, in addition to being genuinely nice and honest people. I wouldn't use anyone else!

We moved to Rochester from out of state several years ago, as did our son and daughter. We all purchased homes with the help of John Kline and the Alan Wood Team. I can honestly say it was a pleasure working with them and certainly would never use anyone else. I highly recommend using John and Alan if youre looking to buy or sell a home in the greater Rochester area.
