I had my son in December of 2022. The experience was absolutely awful. They sent me home even though I explained this was my 3rd baby and I knew I was in labor. The nurse in triage told me I wasnt in active labor and it could be days. They made me feel very unheard. I have had 2 kids and I know my body but they did not seem to care how I felt. Luckily I only stayed outside in the car for about 45 minutes and decided to beg them to take me back in. I ended up having my son 3 hours later. Im very happy I didnt go home and wait a couple hours like they told me. I always recommended this hospital but I will not recommend it any longer for having a baby!

Very poor patient care. My mother left on a stretcher with no call bell, and an empty oxygen tank. When I approached nursing staff about needing a bed pan or way to the bathroom, they acted like it was a tremendous inconvenience to be bothered. The lack of compassion from staff in the emergency room leaves little to be desired. Perhaps less time in nursing station on cell phones and personal conversation, and more time checkimg on patients!!!!! CHECK ON PATIENTS LINED UP IN YOUR HALLWAY!!!!

I waited 8 hours in the ER having terrible headaches for weeks and now some of my face is swollen. I had already went to my doctor and he instructed me to come to the ER if they got worse which they did. The ER wouldnt order a CT OR MRI instead insisted to try and give me a IV with hopes it took the pressure off my head. The communication was terrible and just left people waiting in the hallway for 8 hour wait time for a ER is unacceptable. While my head was feeling like its splitting apart they had me wait in an extremely loud waiting area which made my headache worse while waiting. Make it make sense. Very disgusted
