        Paving put down cold stones not adhering The worst blacktop Ive ever seen 65 years first company ever have problems with They should be ashamed wish I had read reviews at time was going there CHEMOTHERAPY WILL PERSUE TILL CORRECTED PROBABLY. LEGAL ACTION

        Well Im back with more issues with my driveway from this not so good company,, seems my driveway keeps settling and its heaving up and cracking where theres no weigh being placed in that area,, was only done about 3 years ago,, oh and still have the holes with grass growing up through it Awesome job ,,,

        We had a full tear out and replacement of our driveway. The workers drove their heavy machinery (roller) across our new paver walkway we had installed a month earlier. Several of the pavers were severely damaged. Wny paving admitted to damage and for over a year said they would send their mason to repair it and never did (after my many attempts to get them to address the issue.). Our walk way installer estimated the repair to be 1500-2000$. WNY paving wouldnt even discount the poor work they did. The workers left many cigarette butts all over our lawn. Unprofessional.

        Very pleased with the crew and work they did to resurface my driveway. Hard working, great guys! They will be back next year to seal it. They are keepers! Highly recommend. Paul, their salesman, was also outstanding. Service: Asphalt resurfacing

      Mr. Stover,You just spoke with me a week ago. We made an agreement that I would be coming again at end of April 1st week of May. When tempatures warm up more and we in fact have our teams/staff back as we are still in our off season. We do not start paving or Sealing full time until the 1st week of May. We have been making every attempt to appease you and address your concerns. We have been to your house multiple times. We have never ignored you, we have never not responded to your numerous phone calls and emails. I now in fact have an appointment with you today between 1:30pm and 3pm. Your opinion is your legal right. You can leave a 1 star review and your comments. As a company we do know the facts and reality of the service and work you have been provided by us at Western NY Sealing and Paving Inc. Truly I am at a loss how to stop the harassment or how to get you to understand we are still trying to help you. As a business we do stand behind our work! God Bless and I am sorry to hear you had to go through Chemotherapy as we would never wish that on anyone.       Hello,I am not able to pull your account up without a full name or an address. If you would like to email us at [email protected] we would be happy to speak with you. We warranty our driveways for 1 year. A second year warranty applies if you proceed to seal it the year after. As explained above I can not look up the details of your driveway without more information and an address. It sounds as if you may have some underlying issues.
