Despite having orthopedic injuries from an accident & being in pain, he nevertheless did a flawless job on our recliner chair.
He is clearly a very dedicated man.
Craig is most professional & has a very positive attitude.
One of our other chairs needed to go to the shop, & within minutes he arranged for another representative to swing over & pick it up.
Looking forward to seeing how it comes out.

Needed repairs to wear patterns on leather furniture.
I dealt with Drew for the estimate and scheduling. Very prompt replies to my phone calls and emails.
The technician, Craig, arrived 10 minutes early (outstanding compared to other service organizations we've dealt with!). He was personable, polite and well-equipped with all the tools he would need. Explained everything he was doing and why and went right to work
Expected it to take 2-1/2 hours or so but he was done in far less time.
Furniture looks amazing! Better than new.
His color match abilities are spot on.
Highly recommend these folks.
