I am not from Rochester and needed some flowers sent to a family member in Rochester. Based on the reviews, I selected Giardinos and Cheri did not disappoint at all. The bouquet was beautiful and her customer service skills are top notch.

Wish I could give 100 stars!! Never have I meet someone with the care and passion to make sure I was going to give my wife something breathtaking., and it is!! She sent pics to make sure I liked it. She listened to what tastes my wife liked. She did an amazing job. No need to go anywhere else!!!.

We ordered a large spray for a funeral. Called in the order and Cheri went above and beyond. She even texted photos of the arrangement. It was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this florist.
