EXCEPTIONAL is the word I would use to describe Cochran, Cochran & Yale. Of all of the recruiting companies that I have worked with, CC&Y went above and beyond. During our economy's "Largest" job market I struggled for over 8 months to land a job. I came from a utility offering good experience looking to work in a similar field just shifting my location. Cochran, Cochran & Yale reached out to me during month 9 of my job hunt. They promised me they would find me a job. Not just any job, but a job I would be happy with. They worked with me on a personal level, were very responsive and supportive throughout the whole process. They ultimately help me secure a job working for a utility general contractor within 2 months of us meeting. I would recommend this group to anyone struggling to find a job. Cochran, Cochran & Yale was the best experience I've ever had with a recruiting company. They were very knowledgeable on the company and position that they were recruiting for. They kept in contact through the whole process start to finish. They not only followed up with me during my 1st day at my new company but also followed up a week later to get feedback on the position and company that they had recruited me for.
