        When I went to enter the store, an employee standing out side, stood in front of the door and said “what’s going on” and I said I’m going in to look at phones. She said asked why. Didn’t express interest in helping me come to a decision. Didn’t have any knowledge about the product. I looked at two phones for about five minutes, and she approached me saying “have you made a decision”. I haven’t ever received such poor customer service, and I was looking to buy a phone today. Needless to say she lost my sale, and I will go to a different location.
