I needed help with my phone. I was helped by Curtis. He helped me reset my passwords. He was very polite and,helpful and showed me new phones.

Went to this location Sunday and the sign said they should be open but the doors were locked. If they are closed they should have put a sign up. So we went to another store.

The blonde white woman w/facial piercings who worked Jan 27th around 3pm was not great with customer service / interpersonal skills. She was unable to assist with looking into my broken phone by refusing to find another way to verify my identity besides the security code (which I conveniently had forgotten) she also refused to help a dedicated Verizon customer of 4+ years (me) by insisting she was not allowed to let customers charge their phones in the store store. If that is actually a true policy, then that is ABSURD. A paying Verizon wireless customer can't charge their dead phone for 10 mins in an authorized Verizon wireless retailer??? What is the harm, exactly? I've been greeted much warmly by other sales agent at this particular VZ. I was nearly stranded, trying to get an uber/lyft ride home, and this woman did not seem to care about being courteous, helpful, or even bothering to inquire about my broken phone at all.
