We moved in from out of state and the management has been amazing and had great communication the entire time. Kathy is so kind and helpful! Maintenance is also very prompt.

Boyfriend moved in May and had to end his lease due to the military. Working on a time crunch and the bad weather we tried to get his final walk through moved a day up. My boyfriend called the office and a girl named Carly answered. Carly said she would get maintenance over to get the final walk through done. We waited for 20 minutes and no one showed. My boyfriend called the office again we were advised by Carly that she called maintenance and left a voicemail. There was no communication to us that maintenance wasnt available. My boyfriend asked if we could do the walk through at 2pm. And Carly advised us that she would let us know if that could happen. We got no response. So we showed up the next day for our appointment at 12. Maintenance never showed and we called the office. Carly answered and said to look outside because maintenance was icing. My boyfriend went over to the office to speak with them in person and Carly was very rude and smirked then dismissed my boyfriend from the building. Carlys manger admitted that the situation wasnt handled correctly by my boyfriend. But Carly and her manger did not take into consideration that they lacked communication and wouldnt admit their mistake. This is customer service, the customer is always right. We met the maintenance guy for the final walk through who was wonderful and respectful.
