        The manager is very disrespectful NEVER takes care of things ALWAYS act like she's too busy or important to call you back. They fix who ever things they decide. Half the time they mess things up worse than they were prior to what it was. No way the rent they charging me should my place look the way it does ALL the lies prior to this manager about what's going to be done, when in reality just LIES. When they had a great! manager prior to this one Naomi who had time to call you back. Winn Residential as a company is just as bad, don't understand the purpose of them coming aboard.
