        Asked me to pay a non refundable 209.00 "Diagnostic Fee" to repair a fog lamp, Plastic Handle and a Check Headlight for service alert light. My car is full warranty till Dec 2022. My old VOLVO Service station on Long Island and Ramsey Volvo (MY NEW VOLVO HOME) said that is not a normal practice. I imagine it is because they can make an extra 3000-5000 dollars a day and there is no other option for Volvo owners in Kings County. Unfortunately they wouldn't budge off the "Diagnostic Fee" when i shared that RAMSEY VOLVO has a fleet of loaners at customers disposal and they do not charge fees to Volvo Owners up front. They didn't want my business regardless. The people were nice so i gave a couple stars. I think in this time of recession and jobless numbers so high people should know there is another option. There is a beautiful view of the Empire State Building from Ramsey VOLVO and a much bigger team of Service Professionals that will make the 40 minute drive worth it. Garrett
