Nyrie's Flower Shop

To preface, I actually bought flowers from here last year, so I'm not quite sure what happened this year. I live out of country, unfortunately I can't go in-store to buy for valentine's day/my girlfriend and I's anniversary, so I chose this lovely arrangement (left picture) from their website. While majority of the flowers match exactly, the difference between how many stems there appears to be and how the flowers themselves are arranged is disappointing. I understand you can't match exactly to the picture and that substitutions sometimes must happen, of course, but I feel like the discrepancy is pretty easy to see. I ordered it in the evening on February 8th, so whilst it was not during operating hours, it was not by any means a last minute order. I also want to disclose that I work as a florist, so I very much understand how much time and effort goes into these things; it's just a shame that it feels like I paid about $30 more this year to recieve less. I suppose if I ever order here again, it'll just be designer's choice. That seems to be a safe bet if you're ordering online from them, from prior experience.
