My partners and I bought a commercial store and needed someone to help with negotiating the final terms of the lease to ensure we were protected. The Leasing company we were dealing with was not moving on anything, so we hired Mark to try and get something in our favor to help ease our worries of the unforeseeable. Mark was very responsive and even took care of us while he was out of town on personal business. He got way more protection for us than we thought we could get. He updated us everyday with news of where we were in the process. He reviewed all email communication and told us if we were good to respond, with many times responding on our behalf to take if off our plate. I will absolutely be calling Mark anytime we need representation. Thanks for handling this for us, Mark, it saved us so much time having you take care of everything so we could concentrate on getting the other parts of the business up and running!
